Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (Regd.) is a registered body framed by Theatre and Television Artists Media Experts and Socialist youths established for the welfare of people of rural masses/urban areas to aware the different policies of State/Centre Government Schemes time to time through Seminars Workshops/ Theater/Cultural Book promotion ,Poets promotion as well as social activities with different types of Artistes and experts and organizing awareness programs on the various themes of Govt. Programes and policies for minority communities. Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan ,Jammu founded by Dr.M.L.Dogra , is the one of the Classical and Folk Music Institute in Jammu and Kashmir ( Affiliated with world renowned Bhat Khande Sangit Vidyapith Lucknow (Lucknow Gharana / University Estd. -1926) and Nurclm Every Year 100 Students learn Folk Music and Dance i.e.Orphans ,OBC, Schedule Caste ,Gujjars and backerwals besides presenting more than 200 Cultural programes like Dance Drama ,Dances , Dramas ,Street Theatre ,Folk Festivals etc. to promote the Traditional Culture of Jammu and Kashmir and other states of India.
